World’s First Platform that Replicates all Perceptible Components of Meat
We have invested 5 years of R&D in developing and fabricating our scalable manufacturing platform that can produce various poultry whole cuts (breasts, thighs, etc.), and can easily be adapted to meats from other animal species (beef, pork, mutton, fish, etc.).
We take a first principles approach and precisely replicate all components of meat that humans can perceive. Our eyes can perceive 20 micron structures, while our mouths can perceive down to 5 microns! 1 micron is one-thousandths of a mm.
We start by precisely replicating muscle fibers that are thinner than hair, and then build up hierarchically with connective tissues and fats to precisely recreate whole cuts of meat. Each of these components behave like their animal counterparts and have a similar nutritional profile.
